Working for a small church I produce much of my own material. My constant bane has always been punching holes into pages. We used an older hole punch system and one that constantly jammed.

Not an issue with this product! It easily punched through multiple pages. Heavy feel and easy sizing make for a quick use. I was able to punch three holes in over 25 pages at once.

The hole punch states it can handle 40 pages at once. I have not had the need to test this yet, but given the ease it handled the 25 pages, I have no doubt it will be capable with no problems to out do that.

I got this three hole punch as a replacement for my old one which broke. It does the job.

This hole punch is fantastic. I broke my wrist 7 months ago and things are still difficult that require pressure from my hand. But this punched right through 30 sheets of paper like slicing through butter. It is bigger than a normal punch, taking more space on my desk, but I cannot be happier with it. Winner!!!

I've only had it for a little while, but I can already tell it's a good product. Good cuts. Easy to use. Seems sturdy. It's pretty large when the handle is up, so keep the plastic band it comes with so you can store it more easily.

So much better than old fashioned kind. You don’t have to feed it in with the paper crinkling up half the time. And you can punch a lot more at a time.

So for the price this is a monster! I was so tired of the little wimpy hole punches just not cutting the cheese (err paper). This one is great, it reminded me of the one at my old college library, and it works just the same, making training binders for staff is now a breeze!

Easy to use / adjust, makes clean holes. I've even tested it in cardboard for curiosity sake an it works.

The old 3-hole punch I was using was more like 2 and a quarter, no matter how much force or how many times you used it. This one punches holes out with ease.

We operate a small family business, and each new employee that is hired receives a binder with company rules, protocols, safety rules (particularly for warehouse work), job descriptions & expectations, etc. Depending on the department of the new hire, this binder ranges from 16 pages to 28 pages in length.

This hole puncher has been AMAZING for us. Though we don't hit the 40 page capacity, it cleanly and easily punches the 16-28 pages that we need. Aligning all pages is as easy as can be. All around hands-down better than the hole puncher we were using before!

So far, so VERY good...while this puncher feels very well built and I fully expect it to last us for a long, long time, if & when the need arises in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to get another one of these.

This is a really great three-hole punch! It is very solidly made of sturdy metal material. Punching through big stacks of paper is effortless and the footprint of the punch is about a small as it can possibly be. Additionally, the whole base of the punch collects the punched-out paper dots. This means that it doesn't need to be emptied out for a very very long time. I got this for my wife, who does small business bookkeeping. She handles a ton of paper in the course of her work and is very happy with this product. Highly recommend!

If you need a hole puncher that could easy do at least 30 pages plus. Oder it you need it. So easy to use

Generally a hole punch is a hole punch is a hole punch, but this 3 hole punch is quite different.
Other hole punches can punch up to 10-20 sheets with some effort. The description says: "This heavy duty 3 hole punch can punch through 40 sheets of 20lb". That is a lot of sheets of paper. It tested it up to 20 sheets as I didn't have the need to punch through 40. I can confirm that punching through 20 sheets was like punching through butter. It was so easy, smooth, and fast. So if it is that fast and easy through 20 I betcha bottom dollar that it will go through 40, maybe not like going through butter but I bet the pressure needed to do that will not be too hard.

It was hard to clip on the bottom tray but that could be because I have weak wrists.

I highly recommend this hole punch for offices, teachers, and all other professional places that will need this.

PROS:

- Often hole punchers require so much force to punch through paper; but not this one. I barely pushed one hand down on 25 sheets and it just glided right through.

- The holes were all clean and in line. I didn’t have any hanging bits of paper left partially still attached to the sheets.

- The entire bottom comes off to dump out the paper scraps. This is nice because there is lots of room so you don’t have to empty it as often.

- It was quiet to use. Not slamming metal sound or squeaking.

There are no cons. I love this thing. It makes paperwork much faster and easier to tackle and I didn’t have to reprint anything due to mis-punches or torn sheets.

Easy to use and punches through a large stack

This hole punch is beefy in all the right places. Each puncher has it's own visible spring. The handle is large and provides lots of leverage. There's a large capacity tray to catch the punchings.

The first thing you should consider is hole placement. These holes are not adjustable. It won't double as a two hole puncher unless you want standard 3 hole spacing. There's an adjustment bar to get the holes in the right spot for an 8.5x11" sheet, but it cannot adjust spacing, only placement as a unit up and down the margin.

The exposed springs will allow you to pry the individual holes open if they ever get stuck. That will happen toward the end of the lifecycle of any puncher.

I see this as a hole punch for a K-12 household or an office environment where they chunk out binders on a regular basis.

This is extremely solid and well made. Punches through laminated pages with the greatest of ease. It has a page alignment slider and a punch collector (much like may face in high school) so the little punches don't go all over the place. Yes, it is little bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
