This 3 hole punch is built well and is easy to use. I was especially pleased with how easily it put holes in a thick stack of paper. This is a great value for the price.

I'm a teacher and I absolutely love this 3 hole punch. My old one had a storage compartment half this deep and took a lot more effort to get through a 4th of the pages. It is such a time saver to be able to hole punch a class set of papers at one time. It's for a simple little lock so it's not so bulky in storage. The bottom tray is snapped on securely. It will hold a lot so you empty it less often.

Has a lock to prevent unwanted punches when not in use. Surprised by how easy it is to punch numerous sheets at once. Minus one star though for the sheet sizing mechanism. It needs more notches to ensure punched holes line up with consistency when punching large packets of paper. More importantly, the notches for 11.5, 10.5, 9.5, etc. are lacking. You must line up the "11.5" marking (as an example) with the indicator triangle without the notches to help reassure you that you haven't placed the "11.5" a half millimeter to the right or left, thus offsetting part of a ream of paper from the rest of the team and irking those of us who like alignment and clean lines when it comes to organization.

I wanted to get something that was stronger and would last longer— well this one is a real beast. Too often products make claims about performance that sound impressive but then the product doesn’t deliver, so when I saw that this one was supposedly able to punch 40 sheets of paper at once i was very skeptical. But i just tried it and it’s true! It smoothly cut through 40 sheets of standard printer paper, which is about 4.5mm thick. As someone who only usually punches 5 or 10 sheets ax at a time Im thoroughly impressed. This thing is a heavy duty puncher and feels like it will last.many years. It’s definitely big, but it has a locking mechanism that holds it in the pressed position, making its height just under 3.25 inches which is not all that much offer than my previous light duty one. All in all, I’m happy with it, and would recommend it to anyone who wants a serious hole punch that will last a long time.

The punch is very easy to use - you just need to set the sliding metal paper guide to the size of the paper your using and the extra leverage makes it a breeze to punch holes in up to 40 sheets of paper at once.

Heavy duty- this is the equivalent of walking into a hardware shop and buying the top of the line. This hole punch means business. It is weighty and handles paper like nothing I’ve seen before. I have different hole punches and this one stands above them all. It is not only long, but wide which makes it easier to use and it gives it strength for punching through multiple pages at the same time. This is definitely durable and, with proper care, it will last a really long time. This is the best hole punch I’ve ever seen.

This Hole Puncher is very sturdy and well made. Very easy to use. I am always putting binders together and this is working so much better then my simple little 3 ring hole puncher. I just finished punching holes in 30 sheets of copy paper at once multiple times, and this was a breeze. No hand fatigue. Very nice quality.

I just wore out an older 3 hole punch and this one looked like it was heavy duty and belonged in a print shop. When it arrived in knew it belonged in an industrial area. This definitely will be the last 3 hole punch I will ever buy. It's solid steel and meant to go forever. It unlocks for "easy leverage" use and back up for storage. It has comfortable rubber cushions where needed and you can see solid steel hinge pins with cir-clips holding it together. There's no downside to making the investment, quality always costs and it pays dividends in long term use.
