What to do if broken lead jams the blade and the sharpener doesn't sharpen pencils?
Reinsert a hard HB/2B pencil to sharpen it, so that broken leads can be dislodged while sharpening. If it doesn't work, please remove the lid, take out the blade piece and dislodge the jams with a steel wire or other similar tool.
What to do if the pencil gets stuck in the sharpener so that the sharpener stops working?
Remove the lid, take out the pencil, and put the lid back to use. Please do not sharpen pencils less than 2.9 inch, as the pencil may get stuck in the blade.
What to do if the pencil tip breaks a lot?
This sharpener is equipped with strong helical blade, which gives hard pencils a super sharp point. However, if the pencil core is rather soft, it may cause tip breakage with the sharp setting. Please change to medium or blunt setting.
What to do if the sharpener spins and doesn't sharpen pencils?
Please push the pencil down a bit harder.
What to do if the sharpener doesn't hold a charge?
Change an adapter. Make sure the specification is 5V 2A, not too high or too low.

I wouldn’t allow students to use it because they may push the pencil down too long or too hard.
I wouldn’t recommend sharpening colored pencils bc the lead breaks off easily in the sharpener
Excellent customer service. I’ve used this in my classroom almost 2 years. About a year and it wasn’t sharpening to a point they contacted them. They sent me a video that showed how to clear the jam. It was very easy to fix recently. It was not sharpening correctly and clearing the jam to fix it. They sent me a a replacement blade, which was easy to put in and that fixed the problem. Highly recommend. Excellent sharpener. Pencils go in and pop out when they are ready.

This is my favorite pencil sharpener! It works so well! We use it for both #2 pencils and colored pencils and it works great! You can change the setting for how sharp you want the pencil to be! It makes the same noise as an average sharpener. I can trust my students to use it as it sharpens on its own and pops the pencil out when it’s finished. Because it’s a smaller sharpener, if an eraser somehow gets placed inside the sharpener it’s easy to fix/get out

This pencil sharpener was great while it lasted. Honestly I loved it and was hopeful it would last since people didn’t have to press and hold etc. After about 7 months it would still sharpen but it would spit the pencil out after about a second so I would have to continue putting it back in over and over again. I tried to troubleshoot, google, and figure out the issue but nothing ever worked and now I’m wondering if I buy another one or try one of the other brands.
I bought this on Prime days for my classroom, when it stopped working, the customer service was phenomenal and sent me another device! Excellent service and the sharpener has worked wonderfully ever since!

I am picky but this sharpener is wonderful. Not only does it do a great job but it also pushes the pencil out when it's sharp so my kids aren't just sharpening them to nubs.

Best pencil sharpener! As an art teacher I am constantly sharpening pencils. I’ve had it over a year now and it is used almost daily!
Slightly hard to get it pushed in far enough to start the sharpening process, but it is amazing after it starts!

I’ve been contacted by Miranda who worked out a wonderful resolution. She informed me that the sharpener had a 1 year warranty and I’ve been sent a brand new one . Very happy as this is an excellent sharpener, it handles different sizes to sharpen and has a great battery life.
I’ve purchased this sharpener twice now . The last one I got in January . For the price they sell for absolutely not worth it . They only last a couple of months . The issue I’m having now is that the battery doesn’t hold the charge . I have to keep it plugged to sharpen the pencils.
This sharpener is fully automatic and works surprisingly well. I use it for regular and colored pencils. It works great for Crayola or Prismacolor pencils, and it doesn't break or chew the tips. I love that it is rechargeable and doesn't need to be plugged in all the time. And it's fast, too! I'd definitely give this as a teacher gift.
